    Dough Restaurant – Northern Quarter

I was in Manchester City Centre on wednesday night for my sister’s birthday meal and we decided to go to the Northern Quarter. There are a lot of nice places to eat there such as Mandarin and TNQ itself. However we went for an Italian at a place called “Dough”. The restaurant backed onto a bar called Apotheca. This bar provided a fantastic range of cocktails to choose from. I ordered a margherita and another one I can’t remember the name of – both were amazing. This set the night off to a good start before we moved into the restaurant for some food!

Dough offers a wide range of speciality doughs made in the restaurant and using a special recipe that includes standard dough, whole-weat and even a gluten-free dough. Pizza is not the only thing on the menu, pasta dishes, salads and even lasagne were available at great prices.

We had a great night at these places and would recommend them to anyone.
